Hindu Sangathan Dal: National Membership Platform and ERP
Hindu Sangathan Dal is a national volunteer organisation with its head office in Ahmedabad. Its work includes social service, blood donation, tree plantation, women's safety and education. It needed one platform for its public presence and for managing its members and officers across India.

The challenge
The organisation works at national, state, district, city and village level. People join from different states, each application has to be reviewed, and every officer belongs to a specific place in the structure. All of this had to work the same way everywhere, in Hindi and English.
Our solution
We built a bilingual public website with pages for the organisation's work, events, gallery and contact, an India map showing state-wise strength, and dedicated state pages. Joining runs through a guided 5-step member form and a 7-step officer application. Behind sign-in, a private ERP gives office bearers one place to work: a single approval queue for members, officers, events and gallery items, designation capacity showing filled and vacant posts, a state, district and city hierarchy with location requests, member and officer ID cards, donation records with receipts, QR referral links, an analytics dashboard, a full audit trail and an integrity scan.
The outcome
The platform is live at hindusangathandal.org. In November 2026 its public counters showed 133+ members and officers across 10 states and 31+ districts, all run from one system.
