Crane Quotation System for R.S. Engineering Works
R.S. Engineering Works is a crane manufacturer in Ahmedabad. Its staff needed a private tool for preparing crane quotations, so we built a web system that only authorised employees can sign in to.

The challenge
Each crane type has its own configurations and pricing structure, and every quotation has to reach the customer with the right price, GST and a professional finish. The tool also had to stay private, while sending any customer who finds it to the company's main website.
Our solution
Staff sign in and choose a single girder or double girder crane to start a quotation. The system applies automated pricing, calculates GST and exports the quotation as a PDF. Every quotation is saved to a searchable history with its crane type, capacity, creator and amount, ready to open or download again. Administrators maintain a separate database for each crane type and manage staff accounts and roles. A public landing page explains that the system is for staff and directs customers to the main website.
The outcome
Quotations now run through one internal system at rsewmart.cloud: the software handles pricing, GST and the final PDF, and every past quotation stays searchable. The quotation screens stay behind staff sign-in, so this case study shows only the public pages.
